Rick Spades – Owner

Rick started with S & B Jig Grinding in 1999.
He has 25+ years of manufacturing and machining experience.

Originally hired as General Manager and Precision Grinder,
in February 2012 Rick became Vice President and owner of S & B Jig Grinding.

Jeanetta, Office Manager

Jeanetta has been with S & B Jig Grinding since August 2010. She has 25+ years of office experience. She is a member of WOTM and proud to be part of the S & B Jig Grinding family.

Ryan, Precision Grinder

Ryan began working with the company in the winter of 2000.  He had been trained in the setup and operation of DeVleigs, with over seven and a half years experience machining a variety of parts and materials.

Joe, Precision Grinder

Joe started in manufacturing in 1993. He decided to stay with grinding, because it is the most challenging after doing multiple types of industrial work. Within the last 20 years, Joe has performed ID, OD, SURFACE, FORM and JIG GRINDING.
